People Have Their Nightmares Interpreted For The First Time

I'm so happy to be here today because I have some really weird dreams Dreams are communications that we have to form a relationship with them for them to communicate to us. If we really avoid them, then they come to us in the form of nightmares. Any dream can only be understood in the context of the dreamer's life and personality. - My imagination was always making a doll talk, or imagining the story of this doll. - Okay. - Should I get into it?

- Sure. - Okay (laughs). It was during my trip to Japan, it was just me by myself. It starts off with a room, it's a really small room. It opened into a factory. And then I saw that my shoes were falling out of my room and into the factory. And when it fell I saw that it was all this stuff on the floor including a doll, but then she came to life. She says hi Johanna, and she started telling me you're not very happy, you're not okay are you? I just started saying things like you don't know me and just started cussing. And then she looked at me and she started laughing really really loud, and then she went back to her body form, to her doll form and that was it. - So in this dream on Sunday I was at a castle and I realized I was pregnant. And it wasn't like wow, it came back pregnant. I just looked down and I was just like where did this come from, I'm pregnant now. And then an active shooter appeared, shot me in the stomach but only my baby was affected, it wasn't me. It's always random people first, and then my family, and then me. And sometimes like my dogs. - You can say he shoots all of the people to whom you are attached. - And it's the kind of doll you used to have as a kid? - Actually, I think she looks more like a doll my sister had. - Maybe that's one of the reasons you called her right away, what is your doll telling me kind of a thing. - Yeah. - Isn't it? - Oh my God, that's true. - There's no man in that dream, right? - No. - So you're pregnant with whom, who's the father of this baby? - I don't know. - Well we can say you are, right, it's your dream. - So no babies. - No there is a baby, but symbolic of a new life in you. Your attitude turns something that could be joyful into a responsibility. - But this whole time in all the dreams I'm just frustrated that I have a new baby. - Why were you in opposition with the doll? - She immediately said you're not happy and you don't know what you're doing. - Were you happy? - I don't think I was, I think I was very scared of being by myself in Japan and I was thinking it was a mistake. (laughs) - So she was telling the truth about you. - I guess she was, yeah. - And you're saying that like this new life that's like beyond these lists. - Exactly. - Beyond all of this other like shit I'm trying to fill up in my life. I'm viewing it as a responsibility when it should just be something I'm happy about. - Yeah, it's a new life. - Oh my God. - You have had dolls talking to you all your life almost. Why not this one who is in your dream? Because as if she's critical, you hate that critic within you. - Oh my gosh, that's crazy, I just felt like I had an epiphany (laughs). - Whenever something takes the form of violence it means that a negotiation has not taken place adequately. Our job is not to cut from our past, but put it in a proper place in a proper perspective. But not to be blindly loyal like a dog, that's why the dog is also killed in the dream, you know that level of loyalty. - What I imagine is scary for you is that it's something that is not manufactured in your own factory. - Oh wow, that's a good point. - All of the dreams are messages, right? Particularly reoccurring nightmares, it's as if the messenger is knocking on the door and knocking on the door and finally has to break the door and come in to give you the message that is good for you. - It's just to dig a little deeper and not to be that afraid of what you're unconscious mind is really trying to tell you. - They're informative about troubles in our own lives that we might not even fully realize. - Thank you so much, you were very very helpful. - Thank you. - It was really wonderful, a privilege.
